IPO Ltd. has been established in 1990 with private capital.

The manufacturing activities of the company are organized in the Machine-building factory in the industrial zone of the town of Karlovo (50 km to the north from Plovdiv). We also operate a representation office in the city of Sofia.

With our staff consisting of around 180 excellently trained and highly experienced in manufacture persons, we have orientated ourselves in the manufacture of small to average series of castings from grey iron and steel under the classical method in sand moulds, centrifugal castings from bronze and brass, with rough or finishing machining and various application spheres; hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, spare parts and metal structures for machines and equipment for the machine-building, mining, and construction industries, energetics, agriculture, shipbuilding and dockyards, transportation, etc.

 

 

IPO Ltd. is an official dealer for Bulgaria of the following American companies:

  • Cummins - leading manufacturer of diesel engines and generator systems with high power
  • Fleetguard - world leader in the manufacturing of filtering products and systems
  • Allison – leader in production of automatic powershiffting transmissions for wide range of mashines
  • Yanmar - leader in production of disel engines
  • Houchin Aerospace – world leader in the manifacturing of of Ground Support Equipment to the aviation industry and military forces

IPO Ltd. is also an official dealer for Bulgaria of the Krivorozhski Central ore-repair factory – Ukraine, specialized in the manufacture of assemblies,units and spare parts for mining-enrichment equipment.

 

Since 2001 IPO Ltd. is a member of "Bulgarian Branch Chamber of Machine Building".

Since May 2001 we have implemented and are operating Quality Management System ISO9001-1994, while since November 2003 we have been recertified in accordance with ISO 9001:2000, under the supervision of BVQI.

Since July 2004 IPO Ltd. has been certified in accordance with NATO Standard AQAP 2110.

Since 2004 we are members also of "Branch Chamber of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy" in Bulgaria.

 

 

After more than 18 years of hard work IPO Ltd. is a preferred partner and supplier to many companies within the country and abroad.
